We know you love Tuesdays – if only for the wonderful music we post for you. Today’s we’ve got Brooklyn’s Little Racer, guaranteed to to make it feel like it’s summer time already.

Little Racer

New wave meets surf-inspired indie rock in Little Racer’s new EP Modern Accent, premiered on VICE’s Noisey last week. The Brooklyn band creates the perfect soundtrack to escape this unusually brutal winter weather. With catchy UK-guitar pop riffs, simple rhythms and easy to follow choruses, each track is just as undeniably addictive as the next. Little Racer’s sound creates an odd sense of nostalgia that is like a beach day with friends –  mellow and relaxed yet fun and full of great energy.

To say the new EP is the perfect pick-me-up is an understatement. Listen and try to resist feeling even the slightest hint of Summer time, I dare you.
